Mostaque Ahmmed Sarwar FCA

Professional Background: Having more than 10 years of pre & post qualification hands-on expertise on various fields of Finance such as financial management, financial reporting, direct taxation and other finance related sectors, Mr. Sarwar has attained the title of Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Currently he is assigned to work on the Audit, Advisory services, merger & acquisition, Initial Public Offering (IPO) and securities & exchange regulations departments. His exquisite contribution to our firm has opened doors to many positive outcomes for the success of our firm.

Before commencing his role of partner, he worked as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Building Technologies & Ideas Limited (BTI), which is coined as one of the top-tier real estate company in Bangladesh for a period of 2 years and prior to that, he worked on various managerial level positions in numerous sectors of the country.

Dhali Tanvir Ahmad Siddiqui FCA 

Professional Background: Mr. Siddique has attained the Fellow membership at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) possessing the relevant 10-year experience in the field of Financial Management, Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect taxation as well as various other business operations in Bangladesh.

He is currently appointed to look after the Direct Tax (income Tax), Audit, Advisory Services, Valuation, and merger & acquisition and his contribution to our firm has not been any less extraordinary.
